New features added, version 7.5.4, 8.4
Program PHPW, Cycle Count Worksheet, is used to print a list of inventory items to be counted, in a worksheet format. It includes items previously selected with program PHCP, Cycle Count Preparation, plus extra lines, if these were requested.
After actual counts are recorded on the worksheet, they are entered into the system with program PHCE, Cycle Count Entry / Maintenance.
The worksheet header shows the manufacturing enterprise, plant, and the batch number for which the worksheet is being printed. The worksheet includes the line number, stock area and bin location, item number, control number, item description, SKU unit of measure, and blank spaces in which you can record the actual count, your initials, the count date, and the count time. After the last item at the end of the worksheet, there will be additional blank lines if these were specified in program PHCP, Cycle Count Preparation.
1. Before running this report, make sure that the correct printer name is displayed in the Printer field on the main menu.
2. On the Report Parameter Form, in the Batch Number (required) pop-list, select the batch for which you are printing inventory worksheets.
3. Press [Run Report].
