Program PHPT, Inventory Tag Print, is used to print tags for the inventory items to be counted. It includes items previously selected with program PHCP, Cycle Count Preparation, as well as extra tags if these were requested.
After actual counts are recorded on the tags, they are entered into the system with program PHCE, Cycle Count Entry / Maintenance.
The tags are printed for one batch at a time. Each tag includes the manufacturing enterprise, plant, batch number, tag number, stock unit of measure, stock area and bin location, and item number and description. There are blank lines on which you can write the number counted, your initials, the date, the time, and the control number.
1. Before running this report, make sure that the correct printer name is displayed in the Printer field on the main menu.
2. On the Report Parameter Form, in the Batch Number (required) pop-list, select the batch for which you are printing inventory tags.
3. Press [Run Report].
