Program MTLL, Contact Mailing Label, is used to print mailing labels for the mailing addresses and contacts entered in program MTMM, Mail To / Prospect Input for Catalogs. The report is printed automatically using the [Print Label] button in program MTMM, Mail To / Prospect Input for Catalogs.
The report is printed according to contact ID and mailing class. This information is entered automatically when the label is printed with program MTMM, Mail To / Prospect Input for Catalogs.
The information on the report includes the customer number and mail to ID, mailing class, locations, number of catalogs, catalog ID, prospect type, contact name, and mailing address.
1. Before running this report, make sure that the correct printer name is displayed in the Printer field on the main menu.
2. On the Report Parameter Form, in the Contact ID field, enter the contact ID for which you are printing this label.
3. In the Mail Class field, enter the mailing class for which you are printing this label.
4. In the Mail Address ID field, enter the mailing address ID for which you are printing this label.
5. Press [Run Report].
