CMRC - Complaint Reason Code Maintenance

Program CMRC, Complaint Reason Codes Maintenance, is used to add and maintain the complaint reason codes. The upper block contains the enterprises for which the complaint codes are valid, and the next number in the sequence of entered complaints. The lower block contains the complaint codes and their descriptions. These codes are used in program CMCR, Customer Complaint Maintenance.

You must add the financial enterprises and a starting sequence number in order to activate the complaints for a financial enterprise.

 

Assigning Complaint Reason Codes to Enterprises

1. The enterprises listed in the upper block can use all complaint reason codes.

2. In the Enterprise field, enter the enterprise that you want to be able to use the complaint reason codes.

3. In the Next Seq field, enter the sequence number for the next complaint entered.

4. Press [Commit].

 

Entering Complaint Reason Codes

1. Go to the lower block.

2. Press [New Record].

3. Enter the complaint reason code.

4. Enter the description for the complaint reason code.

5. Press [Commit].
