In the User ID field, enter your User ID.
In the Password field, enter the your password.

For additional settings, click on the Advanced Settings button.
If you need to connect using a secure connection, set the Use Secure Connection flag to on. When this flag is set to on, you will connect using https:// protocol.
In the Proxy Server pop-list, select
the proxy server through which you are making this connection.
The pop-list contains all proxy servers used for previous connections.
If the desired server is not present in the pop-list,
enter the proxy server URL manually in the field.
In the Proxy Port field, enter the proxy server port through which you will make the connection.
To hide the additional properties, click on the Basic Settings button.
Press the [Login] button to connect.
