The lists of values are activated during runtime by double clicking in the field to which the list of values is assigned. The query or list assigned to the list of values is executed and the list of values is popped up in a new screen, its size determined by the Height and Width settings. The styles assigned to the list of values is set on the entity, and if no style is set there, the one for the entity's template is used.
For query lists of values, all of the fields entered in the query will be displayed. For example, if your query selects the customer, customer name, and customer address, all of that information will be displayed on the list.
A pre-determined number of row is displayed on the list of values screen. This number is defined in the Rows Per Page property for the list of values. If the query or list returns more than that number of rows, the actual number returned will be divided into pages. For example, if the Rows Per Page property is set to 25, and the query returns 195 rows, there will be 8 pages for the list of values.
The number of pages and the number of rows returned are displayed below the list of values, but above the navigation buttons and pop-list.
You can navigate through the pages using the following links and buttons.
(Previous page) link: if you are not on the first page, you can click on this link at the top of the list of values to navigate to the previous page. For example, if you are on page 6 and you click on this link, you will be taken to page 5.
(Next page) link: if you are not on the last page, you can click on this link at the bottom of the list of values to navigate to the next page. For example, if you are on page 5 and you click on this link, you will be taken to page 6.
Goto Page pop-list: At the bottom of the list of values, select the page number to which you wish to navigate. As soon as you select the page, and release the mouse button, the page will be displayed.
Goto First Page button: At the bottom of the list of values, if you are not on the first page, you can press this button to navigate to the first list of values page.
Goto Last Page button: At the bottom of the list of values, if you are not on the last page, you can press this button to navigate to the last list of values page.
To select a value, left click on the row that will be
return to the screen from which the list of values was activated.
The first value will be returned to the field from which the list was
activated, and additional fields may be return to other fields on the
screens depending on the settings of the list of values.

Click on the Close window without selection link to close the list of values screen without choosing a value.
