Program WPQI, Work Center Queue Inquiry, is used to display data for work orders queued at work centers.
The information displayed includes the work center number, work center description, machine number, department, queue days, default utilization percentage, weekly capacity in hours, default efficiency percentage, work order number, item number, priority, quantity on order, run time remaining, and due date.
To view the work center load, press the [Load] button.
Scheduling Operations and Capacity Management
1. The program opens in query mode.
2. Enter the work center and machine number for which you wish to view the queued work orders.
3. Press [Execute Query].
4. To view the work center load information, press the [Load] button.
Press this button to view the work center load. The information displayed includes the work order number, operation sequence number, operation code, machine number, scheduled start and finish dates and times, status, and last activity date.
