Program VEQQ, Item Purchase Helper Inquiry, is used to provide item information useful to creating purchase orders for items with program POSE, Create Purchase Orders from Sales, and program PORK, Requisition to PO Conversion.
The information displayed in this program includes the item number and description, stock unit of measure, ABC class, item type, and number of requisitions for the item. The sales history for the item for this year, last year, and the previous year is also displayed.
The stock status information for the item includes the plant, sales quantity, on order quantity, and on hand quantity.
The vendor quotation information for the item includes the purchase unit of measure, vendor number and description, minimum quantity, list price, and quantity breaks.
