VEKM - Vendor Coding Maintenance

Program VEKM, Vendor Coding Maintenance, is used to assign code types and values to vendors. Vendor code types group vendors into user defined type groups for reference and ad-hoc reporting.

Code types and values are defined in program VEKT, Vendor Code Type Maintenance. You can also assign code types and values to vendors in program VEKT, Vendor Code Type Maintenance.

Assigning Vendor Code Types and Values

1. The program opens in query mode.

2. Enter the vendor to which you are assigning code types and values.

3. In the Code Type field, enter the code type for this vendor. You can use the List of Values.

4. In the Code Value field, enter the code value for this vendor. You can use the List of Values.

5. Press [Commit].
