VEIM - Vendor/Item History Maintenance

Program VEIM, Vendor / Item History Maintenance, is used to add, delete, and maintain vendor/item history data. If the Centralized Purchasing flag in program SPDM, System User Default Maintenance, is set to on, the program displays purchase order data for all plants within your manufacturing enterprise. Otherwise, the program displays data only for your plant.

Vendor/item history is updated by the purchase order programs and can be updated manually.

Updating Vendor/Item History Manually

1. You can query vendor/item records according to buyer, item, or both.

2. Once you have queried the desired item/vendor, go to the lower block to maintain the records. You can maintain any of the fields in the lower block.

3. Press [Commit] when you have finished making changes.
