Once you log in, you will be directed to the query screen for the NDS Support Logs. From this screen, you can enter search criteria for which you wish to view the logs for your company.
Only the logs for the company to which you are assigned are available to be queried from this screen. This screen is also accessed from the list screen and the maintenance screen with the Enter Query button on the navigation menu. The navigation menu provides other options for querying logs and provides access to some other screens.

In the CSR Number field, if you know the number of the log that you wish to view, you can enter that number here. Then, click on the Go to Log button to bypass the list screen and view the log. You can only do this if you know the entire log number and the log is assigned to your company. Otherwise, partial log numbers can be entered here for search purposes.
In the Program field, enter the name of the program for which you wish to view the existing logs for your company. Double clicking in this field will display a list of values from which you can select the program. Partial program codes can be entered for searching.
In the NDS Version field, enter the NDS Version for which you wish to view the existing logs for your company. Double clicking in this field will display a list of values from which you can select the program. Partial version numbers can be entered for searching.
In the Log Type field, select the log type for which you wish to view the existing logs for your company. Multiple log types can be selected by holding down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and clicking on the desired log types.
In the Status field, select the status for which you wish to view the existing logs for your company.
In the Entered By field, enter the entered by value for which you wish to view the existing logs for your company.
In the Date Reported field, enter the date reported by which you wish to view the existing logs for your company. The format for the date in this field is MM-DD-RR.
In the Contact field, enter the contact name by which you wish to view the existing logs for your company. Double clicking in this field will display a list of values from which you can select the contact.
In the Brief Description field, enter the text by which you wish to view the existing logs for your company. Partial text can be entered for searching.
In the Field Selector section, you can select the fields and order by which you wish to see for the returned results. All fields are selected automatically. The CSR Number should always be included on the Selected side or you will not be able to navigate to the maintenance screen.
To remove a field from the Selected side, click on it to select it and then press the < button.
To remove all fields from the Selected side, click on the << button.
To move a field from the Available side to the Selected side, click on it to select it and then press the > button.
To move all fields from the Available side to the Selected side, click on the >> button.
Once all fields are on the Selected side, you can sort the order in which they will be displayed.
Click on the desired field
to select it. Then,
click on the up arrow
button to move the field up, or click
on the down arrow
button to move the field down until the
fields are in the desired order. When
the list screen is displayed, the records will be sorted by the first
field, then the second, and so on.
When all desired search criteria has been entered, and the fields have been selected and ordered, click on the Execute Search button to display the results on the list screen. All records that meet the entered criteria will be displayed.
Click on the List CSRs button on the navigation menu to list all open CSRs for your company on the list screen. The search criteria entered and field selector settings will not affect the list screen if this button is used.
Click on the List PCRs button on the navigation menu to list all open PCRs for your company on the list. The search criteria entered and the field selector settings will not affect the list screen if this button is used.
Click on the List Open button on the navigation menu to list all open PCRs and CSRs for your company. The search criteria entered and the field selector settings will not affect the list screen if this button is used.
Click on the List Closed button on the navigation menu to list all closed PCRs and CSRs for your company. The search criteria entered and the field selector settings will not affect the list screen if this button is used.
Click on the Show All button on the navigation menu to list all PCRs and CSRs for your company. The search criteria entered and the field selector settings will not affect the list screen if this button is used.
Once you have entered the query information and clicked on the Execute Search button, or you have selected one of the other query options available on the navigation menu, the list screen will be displayed containing the logs that meet the specified criteria. To return to the query screen at any time, click on the New Search button on the navigation menu.

At the top of the list screen, the query information that was entered on the query screen is retained and can be modified if you wish to refine your search. Once you have refined your search information, click on the Re-query button below the Field Selector to return the new results.
The Spreadsheet button allows you to create a spreadsheet from the results returned from your search. Once you have refined your search and have the desired results, click on the Spreadsheet button to generate a spreadsheet to be opened or saved to your disk for future use.
Beneath the query section, the total number of logs queried is displayed. This is the total number of logs that met the requirements that you entered in the query section.
The list of logs is displayed beneath that. You have the option of sorting the list by any of the fields displayed. To resort the list, click on the column header text. For example, if you wanted to re-sort the list by Contact, you could click on the word Contact in the header, and the list would be sorted by that.
To access the maintenance screen for a specific log, click on the CSR Number link for the desired log.
Create New CSR: Go to the screen to create a new CSR for your company.
New Log Search: On the list screen, return to the query screen.
List CSRs: List all open CSRs for your company.
List PCRs: List all open PCRs for your company.
List Open: List all open PCRs and CSRs for your company.
List Closed: List all closed PCRs and CSRs for your company.
List All: List all open and closed PCRs and CSRs for your company.
Open Issues Rpt: Create a pdf report listing all open PCRs and CSRs for your company.
Information Logs: List the available information logs.
Troubleshooting Logs: List the available troubleshooting logs.
Pick Up Logs: List the available pick up logs.
Edit User Info: Edit the user information for the logged in user.
Execute Search: On the query screen, query the logs that match the search criteria that you entered on this screen.
Clear Form: On the list screen, clear the previously entered search criteria in preparation for entering new criteria.
Spreadsheet: On the list screen, generate a spreadsheet containing the results of your last search.
Help: Open the NDS Online Help for running NDS SupportNet.
Log Out: Log out of NDS SupportNet and return to the log in screen.
Email Support: If you have a default mail client installed on your computer, you can click on this button to open an email to NDS Support.
