This screen is accessed with the Pick Up Logs menu links on the CSR query, list, and maintenance screens. Pick up logs contain upgrade attachments that are available to customers. Be sure to read the Instructions to make sure that the pick up log is right for your version.

At the top of the screen is a query section that allows you to enter criteria by which to restrict the pick up logs.
In the Log Number field, enter the log number by which you wish to restrict the logs returned.
In the Program field, enter the program by which you wish to restrict the logs returned. You can double click in this field to display a list of the programs that can be entered here.
In the Brief Description field, enter any text by which you wish to restrict the logs returned.
When all search criteria has been entered, press the Execute Search button to search the pick up logs for the entered information. This screen will be re-displayed with the records that match the entered search criteria.
In the list section at the bottom of the screen, click on the Log Number link for the pick up log that you wish to view in more detail.

The information or troubleshooting log that you selected on the list screen is displayed in more detail on this screen.
To view a printer friendly html version of this log, click on the Printer Friendly menu link below the screen title.
To view a PDF version on this log, click on the PDF Version menu link below the screen title.
Clear Form: On the list screen, clear the previous search criteria to allow the entry of new search criteria.
Execute Search: On the query and list screens, query the logs that match the search criteria that you entered on this screen.
New Log Search: Return to the CSR query screen.
New Pick Up Search: Enter a new query for information or troubleshooting logs.
PDF Version: Display a PDF version of this screen for printing.
Printer Friendly: Display a printer-friendly version of this screen for printing
Help: Open the NDS Online Help for running NDS SupportNet.
Log Out: Log out of NDS SupportNet and return to the log in screen.
Email Support: If you have a default mail client installed on your computer, you can click on this button to open an email to NDS Support.
