Main Menu

Different types of SupportNet users have different selections on their main menus.  The main menu is located on each screen that is not a pop-up screen, below the header.

CSR Entry/Maintenance: Enter, view, and maintain existing issues for your company.  This screen also gives you access to your contact information and to information and troubleshooting logs.

7.5.1 to 7.5.2 Changes Report: A pdf report of all of the changes to the NDS Applications between version 7.5.1 and version 7.5.2.

CSR Entry/Maintenance: Enter, view, and maintain existing issues for your company.  This screen also gives you access to your contact information and to information and troubleshooting logs.

Customer Account Activity: View your company information.  Some of the information is maintainable.  This screen also gives you access to all of the contact records for your company.

Customer Events - 12 Months: View the activity for your account over the last 12 months.

Customer Events - 30 Days: View the activity for your account over the last 30 days.

7.5.1 to 7.5.2 Changes Report: A pdf report of all of the changes to the NDS Applications between version 7.5.1 and version 7.5.2.
