Logging Into NDS SupportNet

The NDS SupportNet Log In screen contains two options.  You can log in, or you can request a log in from NDS Support.

Logging In

  1. In the User ID field, enter your user ID that you previously obtained from NDS Support.

  2. In the Password field, enter your password, that you previously obtained from NDS Support.

  3. Click on the Log In button.

Requesting a Log In from NDS Support

If you have a default mail client installed on your computer, you can click on the I need a SupportNet Login! link to open an email to NDS Support.

Otherwise, send an email to NDS Support with the subject line 'Need a user name and password for SupportNet'.

Be sure to include your name and the name of your company in your request.
