Editing User Information

This screen is accessed from the CSR query, list, or maintenance screen, and allows the current logged in user to edit their name, phone number, or email address in the NDS database.

If the current logged in user is also a customer account user, the All Contacts menu link will be available below the screen title.  This link opens the Customer Contacts Maintenance screen.  This button is not displayed for regular NDS SupportNet users.

  1. In the First Name field, the logged in user's first name is displayed and can be modified.

  2. In the Middle Initial field, the logged in user's middle initial is displayed and can be modified.

  3. In the Last Name field, the logged in user's last name is displayed and can be modified.

  4. In the Email field, the email address for the logged in user is displayed and can be modified.

  5. In the SupportNet User ID field, the user id that this user enters to log into NDS SupportNet is displayed and can be modified.

  6. When all changes have been made, click on the Save menu link below the screen title.

  7. To change your password, click on the Change Password button.

Buttons & Menu Links

Apply New Password: On the Change SupportNet Password pop-up, apply the new password for this user.

Change Password: Open the Change SupportNet Password screen.

Close Window: On the Change SupportNet Password pop-up, close the pop-up window.

Save: Save the changes made to the contact information.

New Log Search: Return to the CSR query screen.

All Contacts: If the user is a customer account user, this button is displayed and opens the Customer Contacts Maintenance screen.  This button is not displayed for regular NDS SupportNet users.

Header Links

Help: Open the NDS Online Help for running NDS SupportNet.

Log Out: Log out of NDS SupportNet and return to the log in screen.

Email Support: If you have a default mail client installed on your computer, you can click on this button to open an email to NDS Support.
