Program SPUF, Contact Field User Title Maintenance, is used to indicate the label and case restrictions for the user fields for customer, vendor, and prospect contacts.
1. For each contact user field, enter the label that will be displayed in programs that contain contact information.
2. Set the pop-list to indicate the case restrictions for the contact user field. Choices are:
* Upper Case: all characters entered in the user field will be upper case.
* Lower Case: all characters entered in the user field will be lower case.
* Mixed Case: characters entered in the user field will be mixed case, determined by the user making an entry in the field.
3. Press [Commit].
