Program SPUC, Contact User Codes Maintenance, is used to enter and maintain the codes that are entered in the user fields during contact maintenance. The codes are entered by user field, and are then displayed in the list of values for those fields in the contact record.
If a code is entered for the contact in one of the programs in which contacts are maintained, and that code does not exist in this program, it will be added automatically.
1. In the Col No field, enter the user field in which the code can be entered. The list of values displays the field and the label assigned to it in program SPUF, Contact Field User Title Maintenance.
* 1 is the User 1 field.
* 2 is the User 2 field.
* 3 is the User 3 field.
* 4 is the User 4 field.
2. In the User field, enter the code.
3. In the Description field, you can enter a description for the user code.
4. Press [Commit].
