Program SPSM, State/Province Code Maintenance, is used to enter and maintain state and province codes for your financial enterprise. Use program GMSP, State/Province Purge, to purge state and province codes for which the delete flag is set to on in this program.
The system is supplied with codes for all US states and Canadian provinces.
1. Press [New Record].
2. Enter the state or province code.
3. Enter the state or province description.
4. Press [Commit].
1. Set the Delete flag to on for the state/province code that you want to delete.
2. Press [Commit].
3. Use program GMSP, State/Province Purge, to delete the codes with the Delete flag set to on.
