Program SPRC, Currency Code Maintenance, is used to enter and maintain alternate currency codes. Alternate currency codes are assigned to countries, banks, customers, vendors, and general ledger accounts to determine purchasing, sales, payments, and postings in currencies other than the local currency assigned to your financial enterprise.
The full ISO standard currency list is loaded with NDS Applications.
1. In the Currency Code field, enter the currency code.
2. In the Description field, enter the currency code description.
3. In the Decimal Precision field, enter the rounding precision to be used when converting from another currency to this currency. The default is 2, but can be changed to any precision from 0 to 3.
4. Press [Commit].
