Program SPFT, Maintain Phone Types, is used to enter and maintain telephone types used in customer contacts, vendor contacts, and prospect contacts. Business and Fax phone types are supplied with system and cannot be deleted from this program. Furthermore, all contact records are provided with these two phone type records, and they cannot be deleted from the contact records.
1. Enter the telephone type in the Phone Type field.
2. Press [Commit].
3. The telephone types will be displayed in the Phone Types pop-list when contact telephone numbers are entered.
