New features added, version 7.5.2, 7.5.3, 8.1
Program SPCG, Catalog ID Maintenance, is used to enter and maintain catalog ID's and descriptions for use in catalog pricing. Catalog ID's are entered with the [Order Codes] button in the sales order entry programs.
1. In the Catalog ID field, enter the catalog ID.
2. In the Catalog Name field, enter the catalog name.
3. In the Location field, enter the sales location from program ARLM, Location Maintenance, to which this catalog is assigned.
4. In the Mail Class field, enter the mail class for this catalog.
5. If the catalog is used for pricing in program CMPC, Price Matrix Maintenance, and sales order entry, set the Used for Pricing flag to on.
6. If the catalog is the should be displayed when this location is selected in program MTMM, Mail To/Prospect Input for Catalogs, for new mail to records, set the Primary Mailing flag to on.
7. Press [Commit].
