Situation 3 - Illegal Operation during Check Run

1. In this scenario, an illegal operation occurred during the check run process.

2. Re-start NDS.

3. When the menu is open, press the [Restart Job] button.

4. Enter APCP in the first field.

5. Use the List of Values to select the correct sequence where the illegal operation occurred.

*     1 apcp1 Check Printing: Runs the first form where the batch number, last check number, and process checks flag are entered.

*     2 apcp9 Check Run: This is the message inquiring whether you want to print checks.

*     10 apcc3 Check alignment preparation: This is the message inquiring whether you are ready to print alignment checks.

*     11 chktest AP CHECK ALIGNMENT: Prints the alignment checks.

*     12 apcc4 Check Alignment Post Process: Prints the alignment checks.

*     15 apcp9 Press OK if aligned. Canc to Reprint: Message inquiring whether checks were aligned or if the alignment checks need to be reprinted.

*     19 apcc2 Assign Check Nos and Print Checks: Message inquiring whether you are ready to assign the check numbers and print the checks.

*     20 apcc1 Check Print Preparation: Assigns check numbers and prepares to print checks.

*     21 checks AP CHECK PRINTING: Prints the checks.

*     23 apcp2 Check Print Statuses Update: This is the second form where the check run results are entered. If checks have been printed, select this sequence.

*     25 apcp6 AP RESET CHECK TABLE: Resets check table

*     30 apcp8 AP RESET Batch TABLE: Resets batch table.

6. Press the [Restart Job Stream] button.
