Program RERV, Receiver Close/Void, is used to close or void receivers. The first page displays the receiver information. The second page displays the receiver lines.
* Receivers that have been closed can also be reopened in this program.
Receivers can be closed when all receiver lines have been fully received and moved to stock. There can be no quantities in inspection.
Receivers can be voided only if all receiver lines have been voided. Receiver lines cannot be voided if the quantity on the receiver line has been inspected or moved to stock.
Closing Receivers and Voiding Receivers
Reopening Receivers and Receiver Lines
1. Set the Auto Close Detail Lines flag to on if you want the program to automatically close eligible receiver lines.
2. Set the Auto Void Detail Lines flag to on if you want the program to automatically void eligible receiver lines.
3. To query only receivers that can be closed, press the [Query Able to Close] button.
4. To query all receivers, go to the lower block and press Execute Query].
5. To query specific receivers, enter the query information in the lower block and press [Execute Query].
6. To close all receivers that are eligible to be closed, press the [Close All] button.
* If the Auto Close Detail Lines flag is set to on and you press this button, the program will automatically close all eligible receiver lines before closing the receiver.
* If the Auto Void Detail Lines flag is set to on, and you press this button, the program will automatically void all eligible receiver lines before closing the receiver.
7 To close or void receiver lines manually, go to the second page.
* The receiver lines for the selected receiver will be displayed.
* Change the status pop-list to Close or Void.
* Press [Commit]. Return to the first page.
8. To manually close or void a receiver, set the status pop-list for the receiver to Close or Void.
9. Press [Commit].
1. Set the Show Status pop-list to Closed.
2. In the lower block, press [Enter Query].
3. Enter the query information and press [Execute Query].
4. For the receivers that you wish to re-open, set the Status pop-list to Open.
* When you set the receiver header to Open on the first page, all receiver lines will be reopened.
* When you set a receiver line to Open on the second page, the receiver header will be reopened.
5. Press [Commit].
Press this button to have the program query only receivers that are eligible to be closed.
Press this button to close all eligible receivers. If the Auto Close Detail Lines flag is set to on and you press this button, the program will automatically close all eligible receiver lines before closing the receiver. If the Auto Void Detail Lines flag is set to on, and you press this button, the program will automatically void all eligible receiver lines before closing the receiver.
