Program PORM, Purchase Order Register Maintenance, is used to maintain the purchase and receipt register numbers for each plant.
1. All records are queried when the program is opened. Locate the manufacturing enterprise and plant for which you wish to maintain the purchase and receipt register numbers.
2. In the Short Rcpt Reg# field, enter the short receipt register number.
3. In the Rcpt Reg# field, enter the purchase order receipt register number that will be used the next time program REIR, Inspection Register, is run.
4. In the Entry Reg# field, enter the purchase order entry register number.
5. In the Insp Reg# field, enter the inspection register number that will be used the next time program REIR, Inspection Register, is run.
6. In the Stock Reg# field, enter the move to stock register number that will be used the next time program REDR, Move to Destination Register, is run.
7. In the Purge Reg# field, enter the purge register number.
8. Press [Commit].
