Program POQI, PO Full Detail Inquiry, is used to view line by line purchase order information.
The information displayed includes the purchase order number, date, status, print pop-list, vendor, initials of the person who entered the order, line number, line status, date, item number, and item description. The displayed quantities include ordered, reordered, on order, received, inspected, rejected, scrapped, MRB, complete, to pay for, and paid for.
1. Enter the purchase order for which you wish to view the purchase order lines.
2. Press [Execute Query].
