Program POQA, Quick Requisition Approval, is used to display requisitions for quick approval or closing.
Program PODA, Detailed Requisition Approval, is used when requisition data is missing or needs to be changed.
This program uses the requisition auto-close/auto-approve feature from program POPM, PO / Receiving Parameter Maintenance.
1. Enter your initials.
2. Query the requisition in the lower block.
3. You can change the quantity to order in this program, and comments can be entered.
4. To approve a requisition line, change the status pop-list to Approved.
* To close a requisition line, set the pop-list to Closed.
5. Press [Commit].
