Added to NDS Applications, version 7.5.2
Program PMPU, Project Purge, is used to purge cancelled, closed, and lost projects from the system.
1. Set the Purge Lost Projects flag to on to purge all projects with the status of Lost when the [Execute Purge] button is pressed. The field to the right of the checkbox displays the number of lost projects that will be purged.
2. Set the Purge Cancelled Projects flag to on to purge all projects with the status of Cancelled when the [Execute Purge] button is pressed. The field to the right of the checkbox displays the number of cancelled projects that will be purged.
3. Set the Purge Closed Projects flag to on to purge all projects with the status of Closed when the [Execute Purge] button is pressed. The field to the right of the checkbox displays the number of closed projects that will be purged.
4. Press the [Execute Purge] button to purge the selected projects.
5. The final number purged will be displayed in the Projects Purged field.
Press this button to purge the selected projects from the system.
