Program PHDJ, Cycle Count Deviation Journal, is used to print a list of inventory items counted during a count cycle, based on count data that is entered but not yet updated. This count data is entered with program PHCE, Cycle Count Entry/maintenance.

The purpose of the report is to indicate deviations between the new and the existing counts, for the purpose of detecting errors. The report also shows any new stocking locations that have been added with program PHCE, Cycle Count Entry/Maintenance. Although the locations' SKU units of measure are included, deviation data is displayed in stock units of measure.

The report is printed for one batch at a time. Only those batches with your manufacturing enterprise and plant code can be selected. The report is in order by stock area and bin location. It includes the sequence number, stock area, bin location, count date and time, item number, control number, stock unit of measure, SKU unit of measure, new location, deleted location, and void location flags, system total, actual total, count deviation, and percent deviation.
