Program OQQP, Quotation Print, is used to print a proforma invoice for quotations. Quotations are printed by quotation number. The proforma invoice looks similar to a normal invoice.
The placeholder logo on this report can be replaced with your company's logo.
The proforma invoice displays the plant name and address, quotation date and number, customer number, purchase order number, and requested ship date. The sold to name and the quotation summary are also printed on the proforma invoice. The quotation information includes the item number, quantity, unit price, item amounts, freight amounts, miscellaneous charges, and order amount in United States Dollars. For kits and models, the item number, description, and quantity are displayed.
1. Before running this report, make sure that the correct printer name is displayed in the Printer field on the main menu.
2. On the Report Parameter Form, in the Quote No field, enter the quote number for which you are printing this report.
3. Press [Run Report].
