OPALR - Protected Allocations Report

Program OPALR, Protected Allocations Report, is used to print a report listing sales order lines for which the allocation protection will expire soon. The report is run by plant and cutoff date.

The sales order number, suffix, customer number and name, sales order date, and expiration date are displayed. The item information includes the sales order line number, plant code, item number and description, quantity ordered, and quantity on hand.

Printing this Report

1. Before running this report, make sure that the correct printer name is displayed in the Printer field on the main menu.

2. On the Report Parameter Form, in the Plant Code pop-list, select the plant for which you are printing this report.

3. In the Cutoff Date field, enter the last due date for which the allocations should be reported. This date defaults to today's date plus the number of days defined by the PROTECTED_ALLOC_WARN_DAYS parameter in program MURM, Initialization Parameter Maintenance.

4. Press [Run Report].
