New features added, version 7.5.2
Program OEFI, Large Sales Order Inquiry, is used to view the demand sales orders used in the forecast calculation for large sales spikes. For more information, see the Forecast Filter for Large Sales Spikes section. The program displays only filtered demand orders, all demand orders, or only the proxy records. Proxy records are those that are created for items for periods with zero demand. Demand is queried by date range and can be displayed for the logged in plant, or for all plants, depending on the flag in the header.
The information displayed in this program includes the item number and description, manufacturing enterprise, plant, customer number and name, sales order number and line, due date, quantity ordered, quantity filtered, Z factor, mean, and standard deviation.
1. The program opens in query mode. If the settings in the header are correct, you can enter query information in the lower block. Otherwise, set the values in the header first.
2. In the Display Option field, select the desired demand to display. Choices are:
* Filtered Orders: Sales orders for which the quantity was filtered.
* All Records: All demand records, including filtered quantities, un-filtered quantities, and proxy records.
* Proxy Records (Zero Demand): Only those records created for items with zero demand for the period.
3. In the From Date field, enter the first date in the range of dates for which you are viewing demand sales orders.
4. In the Thru Date field, enter the last date in the range of dates for which you are viewing demand sales orders.
5. Set the Show All Plants flag to the desired setting. When this flag is set to on, demand from all plants will be displayed. When this flag is set to off, only demand from the logged in plant will be displayed. The logged in plant is displayed in the header.
6. In the lower block, enter your query information, such as the item number, plant, or due date.
7. Press [Execute Query]. All demand that meets the entered criteria will be displayed.
