New features added, version 7.5.3, 8.1
Program OEBSI, Back Order Shipment Availability Inquiry, is used to display backordered items and their availability in the ordering plant and other plants within the manufacturing enterprise.
Items are colored as follows:
* Red: Kit and Model as Kit items.
* Blue: Non-stocked items
* Green: Model items.
* Purple: Component items.
* Brick Red: Non-maintain on hand items.
The information in this program includes the item number and description, stock unit of measure, back ordered quantity at the stock unit of measure, gross available quantity, plant available quantity, smallest backorder quantity, protected allocations, and quantity on order.
1. The program automatically queries all items for which there is a backorder.
2. In the upper block, find the item for which you wish to view availability.
* To query a specific item, press [Enter Query], enter the query information, and then press [Execute Query].
3. The lower block displays the back orders that include the item selected in the upper block.
* This information includes the sales order number, suffix, status, line number, customer number, customer name, plant, due date, sales unit of measure, stock backorder quantity, and sales backorder quantity.
4. Press the [Stock Status] button to view stock status information, including on hand, available, and on order quantities for the selected item.
* The stock status page displays the special price, store price, on hand quantity, on order quantity, promised quantity, minimum order quantity, max stock quantity, safety stock quantity, reorder point quantity, month usage, quarter usage, and year usage. The on hand, available, and on order quantities are displayed for each plant. For each alternate unit of measure for the item, the quantity at that unit of measure, list price, and price unit of measure is displayed.
5. Press the [ATP] button to view the available to promise information for the item.
