New features added, version 7.5.3, 8.1
Program OEBS, Availability for Back Order Shipment, is used to print a report listing items in backorder status, and the sales order lines containing the item that can be shipped from the current plant or another plant. This report is restricted by the users log in manufacturing enterprise and plant.
The information on the report includes the manufacturing enterprise and plant, item number, item description, stock unit of measure, quantity ordered, quantity available in the logged in plant, quantity available in all plants, smallest order quantity, protected allocation quantity, and quantity on order. For each sales order line, the information includes the plant code, sales order number, sales order suffix, sales order status, customer number and name, line item due date, and quantity ordered.
1. Before running this report, make sure that the correct printer name is displayed in the Printer field on the main menu.
2. Press [Run Report].
