Program IMCC, Calculate / Set Retail Prices from Costs, is used to calculate or set new retail prices or matrix prices for items. The program calculates the new prices with the markup or margin percent that you enter here and the unit cost.
1. Enter the cost type from which you wish to calculate retail prices.
2. Enter the product group for which you wish to calculate retail prices.
3. Enter the Markup or the Margin required.
The markup is the percentage of the cost that is added to the cost to produce a retail price.
The margin is the percentage difference between the retail price and the cost, based on the retail price.
4. Use the retail price buttons in the lower block to clear, calculate, and apply the retail prices.
5. Retail prices are stored in program ICSM, Inventory Sales Data Maintenance.
1. For these prices to be calculated, the item must be a part of the price matrix and belong to the selected product group and customer price group.

3. Enter the product group for which you wish to calculate matrix prices.
4. Enter the customer price group for which you wish to calculate matrix prices.
5. Enter the Markup or the Margin required.

6. Use the matrix price buttons in the lower block to clear, calculate, and apply the matrix prices.
7. Matrix prices are stored in program CMPC, Price Matrix Maintenance.
Apply the new matrix prices in program CMPC, Price Matrix Maintenance, for the items that are part of the price matrix and belong to the selected product group and customer price groups.
Apply the new retail prices to the items belonging to the selected product group or cost type in program ICSM, Inventory Sales Data Maintenance.
For matrix prices to be calculated for program CMPC, Price Matrix Maintenance, the item must be part of the price matrix, and belong to the selected product group and customer price group. The price is then calculated with the unit cost for the item and the entered margin or markup value.
Calculate the retail prices for the items belonging to the selected product group and cost type in program ICSM, Inventory Sales Data Maintenance. These prices are calculated with the item's unit cost and the entered margin or markup value.
Clear the matrix prices in program CMPC, Price Matrix Maintenance, for the items that are part of the price matrix and belong to the selected product group and customer price group.
Clear the retail prices for the items belonging to the selected product group and cost type in program ICSM, Inventory Sales Data Maintenance.
