Program GMBS, Business Season Maintenance, is used to enter and maintain business season codes, their descriptions, and their deletion flags. Business seasons are used for reference purposes only, and can be used in custom reports. They are assigned to fiscal periods in program GLFM, Fiscal Period Maintenance.
Use program GMBL, Business Season Listing, to print a listing of data for business season codes. Use program GMBP, Business Season Purge, to purge business seasons for which the delete flag is set to on in this program.
1. Enter the business code.
2. Enter the business code description.
3. Press [Commit].
1. For the business code that you wish to delete, set the Delete flag to on.
2. Press [Commit].
3. You must run program GMBP, Business Season Purge, to delete the business seasons for which the Delete flag is set to on.
