GLFE - Fiscal Calendar Verification Report

Program GLFE, Fiscal Calendar Verification Report, is used to print a report listing the errors in your fiscal period structure. Run this program after any maintenance of your fiscal calendar. The program detects and lists on the report the following errors in your fiscal period structure: calendar has no parent, calendar has no quarters, calendar has no periods, period has no parent, date not in any quarter, date in more than one quarter, date not in any period, and date in more than one period. The program does not detect missing calendars for the consolidation paths within your enterprise hierarchy.

The report is in order by calendar type and year. For each error situation described above, the report lists the calendar type, year, parent calendar, error date, and error description. Use program GLFM, Fiscal Period Maintenance, to correct fiscal period errors.

Running this program

1. Before running this report, make sure that the correct printer name is displayed in the Printer field on the main menu.

2. Select the program from the menu.

3. The following alert will be displayed:

4. Press [OK].

5. The program will process the fiscal calendars and then return the runtime parameter form.

6. Press [Run Report].
