Program CMSE, SIC Code Maintenance, is used to maintain the Standard Industrial Classification codes, North American Industry Classification System codes, and their definitions.
* SIC codes are assigned to customers and prospects using program CMMM, Customer Master Maintenance, program PRMM, Prospect Master Maintenance, and/or program MTMM, Mail To/Prospect Input for Catalogs.
* NAICS codes are assigned to customers on the Marketing Tab in program CMMM, Customer Master Maintenance.
1. On the SIC Codes Tab, in the SIC Code field, enter the Standard Industrial Classification codes.
2. In the Description field, enter the Standard Industrial Classification description.
3. Press [Commit].
