Program CMMI, Customer Master Inquiry, is used to display customer information by displaying program CMMM, Customer Master Maintenance, in query only mode..
The customer's record contains data that is transferred to sales order entry programs, although most of this data can be changed during sales order entry. This includes name and address, shipping and invoicing information, sales representative identifier, and pricing parameters.
The master record also contains control indicators that determine how the system will handle month-end statements and backorders.

1. The program opens in query mode. Enter the customer number that you wish to view in the Customer No field, and press [Execute Query].
2. The customer information is displayed for the queried customer.
