Accounts Receivable

ARAD, Accounts Receivable Adjustments Entry

Added Location to the batch. This is for reference only and will not prevent adjustments and applications from being made to other sales locations in the batch. The detail records that have sales locations that do not match the location entered here will be displayed in red.

Detail records on the Applications screen and the Adjustments screen can now be sorted by Location, and Location is one of the displayed fields.

In the lower block, the invoices and on account cash transactions that have been adjusted in this batch are displayed in blue.

New Show Non-Zero Balances flag. Set this flag to on to view only invoices whose balances are not zero. Invoices for which the balance was adjusted to zero in this batch are not affected by this flag.

If you double click in the Dr/Cr No field in the lower block for the adjustments or applications, the program will ask you if you want to adjust or apply to or from that invoice.
