Inventory Management
The Inventory Management module is the core of the manufacturing and distribution components of the system. This module is fully integrated with the other modules, meaning that any transaction which touches inventory creates on-line updates on the inventory master and stock status records.
The Inventory Management module provides the complete tracking of sales and usage history, as well as on-screen-perpetual history reporting of all transactions tracking. This module includes full lot and serial control with cradle to grave tracking. Lot/Serial includes automatic number assignment options and issuing algorithms.
The maintenance of item master data is divided into separate areas providing flexibility in its creation and access. It has been carefully structured so that engineering, sales, planning and costing data may be separately controlled.
