Start the New Year off on the right foot with our ERP Balance Sheet Analyzers. Programs GLHM and GLHB are financial management tools that calculate frequently used formulas. These formulas are pre-built into your ERP system, with the results displayed as a ratio. Program GLHB can calculate these ratios with ease, along with displaying past trends for that ratio.

NDS offers over a dozen different balance sheet analyzers. Those most commonly used include Accounts Receivable Turnover, Inventory Turnover, Return on Sales, Quick Ratio, Current Ratio and Current Liabilities to Inventory. These formulas are designed to make calculating common accounting functions easier, thus saving you the time and hassle of computing these from scratch.

Program ICLC in the NDS ERP system is used primarily to change a non-controlled item to a controlled item. When a query is executed in ICLC, only the non-controlled items are displayed. The functionality of this program has been greatly expanded to include the following features:

1)  Ability to modify the controlled flag for location instead of using program ILMM.

2)  Ability to modify the 'optional control' flag instead of using program ICEM.

3)  Quantities can be divided between the controlled and non-controlled locations, provided the item is optionally controlled.

4)  Serial control numbers can be entered as long as the quantity is either 0 or 1.

5)  Location records can be deleted as long as the quantity on hand is zero.

6)  Added SKU as an alternate unit of measure, in the event there are multiple item records for the same location using different SKU’s.

7)  Ability to divide quantities into multiple control numbers within same location.

8)  Added perpetual inventory entries (type Z) to show a non-controlled item being moved to a new control number.
