Overview
NDS Systems is organizing a national network of ERP Solution Provider Partners with the intent to promote our ERP product to small and mid-sized organizations in the manufacturing, distribution and fulfillment industries. We provide ongoing development and product support for our enterprise resource planning customers. However, NDS Systems believes that customer ERP implementations and ongoing user support are far more cost-effective and better served by locally qualified and independent ERP solution providers and system implementers who in turn are supported by NDS Systems.
Most small and mid-sized companies do not have fully staffed IT departments. This raises the question as to how their organization can implement and manage an enterprise-class enterprise resource planning system. Our network of authorized independent solution providers assist SMB clients in getting the most out of its Oracle based ERP system. NDS Solution Providers provide system implementation services, as well as ongoing assistance with system management and user services that a small and medium-size business may require.
Graeme Nichol of Arcturus Advisors, a partner of NDS, compliments NDS for providing an extensive partner portal with sales and marketing collateral, plus sales and technical support:
